A&M Flip Cup Tourney Against The Cast Of “Neighbors” Ends With Aggie Victory

We came in cocky, but the Aggies came ready.

In College Station, Tx. eight teams of four Texas A&M students squared off against each other in best of three series for the right to challenge the cast of the upcoming R-rated comedy Neighbors in flip cup. Dave Franco, Chris Mintz-Plasse, and Jerrod Carmichael got off their plane from Lincoln and headed to the bar. The three of them admitted that they were hungover as balls after a night of raging in Nebraska, but eager to assert their dominance on the table. The Aggies, however, weren’t having it. After coming from behind to win in two rounds, including closing out a victory that required a replay review to see which cup touched down first in a deciding third game, Team Bourbon Showers earned their spot in the the final series.

With the final series set, the Neighbors crew entered the arena to applause and anticipation. A lot of applause. Apparently women like Dave Franco? The Aggies were excited to see the cast, but were rooting hard for Team Bourbon Showers. Ready to prove that they were as frat as the actual frat stars facing off against them, Franco, Mintz-Plasse, Carmichael, and myself lined up across the table to prove a bunch of dudes in their mid-20s were capable of hanging with some of the best college drinkers Texas had to offer. We were, uh, wrong. Team Bourbon Showers and the Aggies came up victorious at the end of a fun and intense flip cup tournament.
