Kappa Sigma took in fully initiated members of PSK. When you show disloyalty to your letters by letting in people who pledged a different house, you will never become top tier. Middle at best, and with other fraternities getting better housing situations, I wouldn’t count on things improving next year
Sigma Nu had the last “real” house on the row and they were shut down in March. The closest thing fraternities have to houses now are apartment complexes that they rent out surrounding Tempe.
