I generally dont respect pee-on cops… If you want to respect someone, hang out at airport bars and buy every military service member a few drinks. Those are the ones who deserve respect.

Second to IvyLeague’s comment. Cops are mainly geeds who were bullies in high school that ended up graduating at the local community college afterwards. They react to crimes, they don’t prevent them.

Third. Usually cops are geeds who never got a bid and/or were the ones bullied in high school.

You do realize alot of our military personnel have the same background (save me the story about your brother who graduated and joined the Air Force, he is not the majority)? But by all means, don’t let some objectivity ruin your dumb rants.

While that line is a sure way to end up in cuffs and the drunk tank for a few hours… I tend to use the: “My attorney will make more money getting this case tossed than you’ll make all month”…

IvyLeague I’m guessing you meant *bullied but I 100% agree with what you said. Alot of them were the weirdos in high school ROTC that were socially awkward. Being a cop gives them the chance to be the bully and they take full advantage of it.

Regardless, I don’t think it’s that fratty to go up to anyone and drunkenly brag about your salary.
If you do it to a cop all that means is that you’re fucking stupid.

It’s not ex-military, it’s former or retired military. Some will take offence. But I agree

There are a good number of geed cops out there, but in the end I’m sure we can all agree that when our asses are in dire need we have people we can count on to risk their lives and help. Somewhat similar to the military but not quite.
