I live in Louisiana. I’ve been on bourbon more times than I can count. It’s a place where the geeds and homeless roam freely and the streets are paved with a mixture of horse shit, vomit, and rainwater. Liberal nut jobs line the streets around Jackson square with their paint brushes and psychic abilities. Not to mention the infamous gay strip that starts after st annes st. But like I said, “although fun, it’s the biggest shitty mess ever.” Clearly you haven’t experienced Nola enough to realize this. And yes I’ll be there this weekend, but I sure as hell will not be staying for mardi Gras day because the geeds and Yankees will have completely taken over by then.
