Auburn University Most Conservative School In The Country According To Princeton Review
According to the Princeton Review, Auburn University has the most conservative student body in the nation, though hopefully that has no effect on the female student population’s willingness to hit up Walgreens in the morning for a Plan B-reakfast. This news makes me like to imagine that Auburn is home to the world’s tiniest drum circles. Just three hippies, sitting uncomfortably close together, sadly beating their drums as other students walk by and tell them to go “fellate a panda.” Maybe Auburn only won out for most conservative because they no longer have any trees left to hug? Too soon? Who knows? What’s important is that Auburn finally won something again.
The rest of the list shakes out like this:
Texas A&M, Grove City College, Hillsdale College, College of the Ozarks, University of Dallas, Thomas Aquinas College, The United States Military Academy (West Point), Hampden-Sydney College, and the United States Naval Academy (Annapolis).
Two SEC schools in the top ten most conservative, no surprise there. It’s also nice, and unsurprising, to see West Point and the U.S. Naval Academy on the list.
What stood out to me more than anything though, is that if you cross reference the most conservative schools list with the soberest schools list, you find a few shared names. College of the Ozarks, Thomas Aquinas, and both service academies appear on each list. To be fair though, the service academies deserve a mulligan. They’ve got actual shit to do.
Here’s hoping the College Republican chapter at Auburn throws a championship rager to kick off the school year.

Really surprised the Citadel didn’t make the list

12 years ago at 6:09 pmit’s pretty cool there are some of you that have a sense of humor about it. We need more of that in America.
12 years ago at 6:24 pmAs an A&M student I can assure you we deserve to be ranked that high. People pushing to defund the gay center and concealed carry on campus.
12 years ago at 6:17 pmYeah but nobody gives a shit about A&M.

12 years ago at 2:05 pmNo surprise Texas A&M and Auburn are #1 and #2
12 years ago at 6:21 pmThey are very similar.
Not too surprising the lists cross if you ask me.. a lot of conservative schools like to get up in everyone’s business and the oldens aren’t always a fan of the whippersnappers starting the night with 20 beers and finishing it with their daughters.
12 years ago at 6:26 pmWonder who are the most liberal then.
