Beta Theta Pi’s Already Insane House At OU To Undergo $8.9 Million Renovation

As it stands right now, the Beta Theta Pi house at OU is one of the very best around, even ranked 15th nicest in the Unites States by BroBible a year ago. The house was built in 1929 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Incredibly, it’s going to get a lot nicer, with the completion of the renovation on the books to be completed by the start of the 2015 school year. This video shows renderings of the completed renovation:

According to several tipsters, the project will total $8.9 million and will about double the home’s square footage, from 18,000 to 36,000. Considering the age of the home and the interior shots from the above video, it appears to be receiving some substantial upgrades on the inside.

And I don’t care what anyone says; any lounge area with less than 10 TVs on the wall isn’t really a lounge area at all.
