^ If you played enough, you’d know that the handicap system will take your 10 best and toss out the shitty rounds. Therefore the 68 would count and the 86 would more than likely get tossed out unless you throw down more 86’s. Either way the handicap would definitely come down. If you had 9 rounds of 80 (you’d be a 7.2 for the most part) and 1 round of 68, you’d come down from a 7.2 to a 3.5. The 68 alone would count as a +3.6 on a 120 slope 72 index. Now I don’t know of many 7 handicaps (Boehner’s current handicap) shooting under par. In fact that’s a fucking rarity that someone would shoot that far under their handicap. That 68 alone would have him topping Biden’s 6.
