Breaking: Infamous ‘Butt Pee’ Picture Released

We’ve all heard about it. We’ve all discussed it. We’ve all argued about its actual existence. Even after I opened the image in my email that one fateful day back in the spring, I wondered if it was a mirage, or if I was, in fact, staring at the asshole of a young person bent over and taking a healthy dose of urine by one of our soulless TFM users, with a little penis head in view to verify the stream’s source.

Alas, it was real all along. After countless refusals to post the photo by the TFM staff, the butt pee-er has released it himself. You all know him as Jerry Fratdusky, all-star TFM personality and troll. Because of the heinous and graphic nature of the image, we will not be embedding the photo here. A link to Fratdusky’s Twitter account, where the grand reveal occurred, will have to suffice.

Every time some innocent young lady’s anus is micturated upon in this fair internet, I’m supposed to post it for the world to see?

These are sick people, folks. Sick, sick people.

The worst part about the Fratdusky’s butt pee picture is that the frame of the body resembles a young boy in the shower.

Taking ‘Dusky jokes to the next level, and literally pissing in the anus of a shaven 14-year old PSU prospect. RFM.

He owns the picture. We weren’t going to post it unless he did. I have much more background on this than you do. Oh, and shut up.

Well, actually Dorn, don’t y’all have rights to the picture due to the Terms and Conditions?

^ I may not be majoring in a copyright-intensive area of business or anything, but FPOX is right on the money here. Technically, Dorn is correct. Jerry does own the picture, and is liable for the content (the loophole that allowed Hunter Moore to get away with running IAU for so long. It’s an interesting case, check it out) However, per the TFM Terms & Conditions…

“By submitting Content at the Site you grant the Company the royalty-free, unrestricted, world-wide, perpetual, irrevocable, exclusive and fully sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Content (in whole or part), including any information, suggestions, ideas, or concepts contained in such Content, worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. ”

Now I may not know anything about any sort of copyright law, but that looks like a pretty ironclad grant of license to me. And considering that Jerry submitted it to the site, it was clearly his wish that the content be displayed, which the site had the license to post. Ball’s in your court, El Dorno.

I think Dorn elected not to post it out of voluntary respect rather than fear of legal liability.
