BREAKING: Texas Father Who Beat His Daughter’s Molester to Death Won’t Be Charged

The 23-year-old father from Shiner, Texas who caught and killed another man molesting his 5-year-old daughter will not have criminal charges brought against him according to authorities.

The man who was killed, a 47-year-old from Gonzales, Texas, will not have his name or the full results of his autopsy released until the next of kin are notified. One thing that was clear from the examination however is that the father of the girl did not use any weapons against his daughter’s attacker. From the LA Times:

The adults were shoeing a horse and had sent the 5-year-old and her brother to feed chickens when the attack occurred, a relative told KPRC.

The children’s grandfather said the boy returned to alert his father that the little girl had been taken away by a man. The father found the pair partially naked, investigators told KPRC.

“In the course of trying to get her away from him, and protect her, he struck the subject several times in the head and the subject died,”

Beating a man to death with your bare hands because he was molesting your daughter? Yeah I don’t think many juries are going to be upset with those actions. Good for this guy. Fuck that molester. In general vigilante justice isn’t a good thing, but there are always exceptions, and I’d certainly say this qualifies. Now he gets to sit back and watch those Lifetime Movie offers come pouring in.
