Brian Harman Nails Two Hole-In-Ones, Buys All The Booze For The Media

Brian Harman just became the golf media’s favorite golfer.

Sure, the name may not resonate up there with the likes of Jordan Spieth and Tiger Woods. His antics aren’t as absurd as Happy Gilmore’s, but when you stock the entire media room with booze, it’s tough not to be the most talked about guy.

Harman had himself a day at The Barclays on Sunday, making two hole-in-ones on the final day of the tournament. He made one at the 3rd hole and followed it up with another on the 14th.

To celebrate, Harman followed the golden rule of buying the first round of drinks and took care of the media. Like, really took care of them.

Buckets of beer that deep and not a Natty Ice to be seen. Even a bottle of Crown for most seasoned alcoholics.

A great gesture to go along with his even better fashion sense.

Considering that holing out in many tournaments will get golfers cool prizes like new cars or even 288 bottles of beer, stocking the media with some cold ones is a nice (and smart) way to spread the love.

Rickie Fowler did the same thing back in July after acing the 9th at the Quicken Loans National.

Harman could’ve ended the day by punching a baby and, as long as no criminal charges were filed, the media wouldn’t have cared. Instead, he finished the day and the tournament at two under.
