There’s Now A Tinder For Weed

weed tinder

Tinder is (kind of, sort of) a truly wonderful invention. You can find anything there: some anonymous hairpie on a boring Tuesday afternoon, a shallow short-term relationship… you can even go missing for 36 hours and be presumed dead by the end of the week! Possibilities abound. It’s also a great place to see a bunch of 22-year-old girls who think they’re unique for loving Netflix and pizza and being “fun-loving.” How special, because most people hate fun! Tinder is like picking your nose: no one admits to it, but everyone does it (and some people do it while whacking off).

So yeah, everybody loves Tinder. And what else does everybody love? Well, besides the obvious thing (Raymond), everybody loves weed. Weed has become an extremely popular extracurricular activity since it was invented in 2008 by Andy Samberg, and some brilliant bastard in a basement somewhere recently stumbled upon a trillion dollar idea: Tinder for weed.

Sure, that’s an oversimplified description of it, but it’s a good way to sum up a new app called Budbo. On the app, you swipe left or right on various local marijuana products (different strains, edibles, etc.) If you tap on an item you right swiped, it’ll give you directions to a local dispensary at which you can get it. It was founded by a modern day Einstein named Luke Patterson, who said he got the idea while using another weed app in Denver that was difficult to navigate. He said he wanted to use analytics to help with open communications between consumers and marijuana businesses.

Fortunately, you can’t send corny pick-up lines or unflattering dick pics to the weed strains you click on, but I hear they’re working on it.

There is always that one pledge who tries too hard to impress and show off with how much weed he smokes.

    Wally is that Pledge.

Nobody likes that pledge. Pledge with good coke connect, everybody likes that pledge. And nobody really likes Raymond, they just deal with it.
