California Inmate Files $2.4 Billion Suit Against Jay-Z And Beyoncé, Claims They Use Mind Control To Steal Lyrics

I’m going to file this one under “completely fucking insane.”

Apparently, a California inmate, Richard Dupree, Jr., has filed a $2.4 billion lawsuit against Jay-Z and Beyoncé. The suit filed in California’s Eastern District Court on April 21 purports the ’03 Bonnie and Clyde conspired with the CIA, FBI, Homeland Security, and other United States government entities to use telepathic technology to infiltrate Dupree’s brain in order to steal lyrics from him for the past three or four years.

That’s some illuminati shit right there!

Further, the suit goes on to name Chris Brown, Rihanna, and Kanye West as Hova and Young Bey’s co-conspirators.

If you’re following, that means Dupree is claiming responsibility for the inspired lyricism behind “Holy Grail,” “Niggas in Paris,” “Black Skinhead,” “Diamonds,” and “Drunk in Love,” among other ratchet hits that have dominated radio waves and Billboard charts the past few years.

The suit explicitly accuses Jay-Z and the other members of Roc Nation of using satellites with government cohorts to extract as many as 3,000 songs from Dupree’s mind, all while he has been imprisoned.

I’m going to go out on a limb here and say there’s probably a good reason Dupree is locked up in California State Prison, Corcoran. Just taking a stab in the dark, but it likely has something to do with him being totally fucking insane.

I mean, come on, dude. Jay-Z is only worth $520 million! If you want to throw around some outlandishly brazen litigation, there are some bigger fish to fry that have the kind of money you’re looking for, Dupree–maybe that Donald Sterling fella?

I doubt it, but let me know just in case you need help retaining some solid counsel to represent you, Dick.
