College Humor’s First Movie, Coffee Town, Looks Hilarious And You Can See It For Free…So Do That
College Humor, the first website I ever saw a pair of rush boobs on, has jumped into the film game, and their debut effort looks laugh out loud funny. The movie is Coffee Town, and the first thing you’ll notice from the trailer is that the cast is loaded with hilarious talent. Glenn Howerton, aka Dennis from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia plays the lead. He’s supported by Ben Scwhartz, the actor better known as Jean-Ralphio on Parks and Recreation, as well as Steve Little, or Kenny Powers’ right hand man Stevie Janowski in Eastbound and Down. Judging from the trailer Steve Little might actually be playing Stevie Janowski in this movie as well, I’m not sure, and I don’t mind at all if that’s the case.
Here’s the trailer:
Josh Groban is in the movie too, which I guess your date might like, it’ll certainly make it easier to get her to watch a movie where someone beats up a retarded guy. Just kidding, even Groban looks funny in this film.
Coffee Town is now showing in select cities, and you can register to win a pair of tickets here:

By the way your chances of “winning” tickets are pretty excellent. I’m not sure if I’m allowed to put what I’m about to put in this post but this was the line that accompanied the above link in our email correspondence with College Humor.
And this is where people have to register for a pair of tickets which they will most definitely win, given the number of tickets up for grabs (all of them, actually).
So, yeah, you’re not so much “entering for a chance to win” as you are “signing up for free tickets to a hilarious movie.” Below is the list of showings.
Thursday 7/11/13 – 7:30pm Ritz V – Philadelphia, PA
Monday 7/15/13 – 7:30pm E Street Cinema – Washington, DC
Wednesday 7/17/13 – 7:30pm Midtown Art Cinema – Atlanta, GA

Sunday 7/21/13 – 7:00pm The Logan Square Theatre – Chicago, IL

Quit being useless and “win” your free tickets now.
Except it isn’t showing anywhere in the state of Tennessee……
12 years ago at 1:55 pmThis really doesn’t look that funny. But as far as that girl goes, I’d pee.

12 years ago at 2:04 pm“You wanna be straight, shove it up another guy’s ass, that’s straight.”
Pass.
12 years ago at 2:04 pmI would never pay to watch this, so it makes sense that they are giving all their tickets away for free.
12 years ago at 2:12 pmTyra from Friday Night Lights makes this totally worth it
12 years ago at 2:16 pmLove Always Sunny, but Glenn Howerton is a HUGE liberal.
12 years ago at 2:25 pmSo is basically every other actor/comedian/musician/entertainer you enjoy, just FYI
12 years ago at 3:10 pm^Will Ferrel is one of the biggest liberals too. Thankfully we’ve got Clint Eastwood on our side
12 years ago at 6:04 pm^^^people like you are why so many people think conservatives are morons
12 years ago at 7:26 pmI agree, and I do hate that about him, but like Will Ferrel, he is funny. So I ignore that shitty aspect of him and focus on his comedy. Doesn’t work with Seth McFarlane or Jon Stewart though, as they aren’t very funny at all and are annoying libs to top it off. As for this movie, I rented it on iTunes and it was pretty funny. A lot of good lines and funny scenes. Definitely worth seeing for free, and I’d even pay a few bucks to see again it if I had to.
12 years ago at 10:20 pmHey Bacon, aren’t you and Dorn considered comedians? I know Dorn isn’t that funny but that means your both communist fucks.
12 years ago at 11:27 amFuck. *you’re. Laps taken.
12 years ago at 11:29 amGlad to know that Anderson_Pooper of all people thinks so highly of my opinion. Also good to know that Bacon knows every single entertainer that I enjoy. Knew that comment would get a rise out of people though.
12 years ago at 1:06 amStevie Janowski!
12 years ago at 2:33 pmSpeaking of movies made by comedy websites, when are you guys going to admit that the TFM movie has failed?
