I’ve watched a lot of PSA videos in my day, and this is, by far, the most excited I’ve ever seen a human being to be partaking in one.

Holy hell, he could not have been more apathetic. He might as well have come right out and said, “Fuck you,” to the judge that ordered him to do this. He’s like a monotone high school history teacher on pain killers. He genuinely looks like he wants to die.

In a half-assed act of defiance, he also posted an outtake from the PSA on his Instagram account.
