My first act as the youngest sales manager in the history of the firm was eliminating Jean Fridays. TFM.

Somehow I should think that if the thing you are most concerned with is the attire of your employees on Fridays, that you may also be the least successful sales manager the firm has ever seen.

^I agree. Good call on no jean Friday’s but your company probably has more pressing issues like getting out of the red.

I highly doubt eliminating Jean Fridays took a meeting with the board of executives. It was a simple decision that was made to be final without much thought. No time lost within the company.

This is a FaF move, while it may not be pressing it is always a great decision to have your employees look more professional and presentable. Sometimes that in itself can help work output.

Senior partners at the firm knowing they are important enough to disregard attire procedures, showing up in jeans and boots any day they feel like…TFM

Seriously fratbone, what is the point of saying “this”? We all clearly see the comment and don’t need to be notified further. Jesus what is happening on this site recently?

The point is expressing agreement, since comments can’t get nice moved.

Agreed (with PGT), the CEO of the firm I intern at wears jeans, boots and a polo everyday. Being a CEO means TFTC

It’s bullshit. He probably just shreds paper but wanted to look cool so he updated his “actual” job to sales manager.

No way! Everyone on here is a sales manager by age 16, a VP by 22, and a CEO by 30! You are probably not even involved with Greek life if you think he is bullshitting us.

Though I hear going through pledgeship while running the free world is a real bitch.

Obviously you don’t know much about how to keep company moral up. Not a very smart move.

And YOU obviously don’t know much about how to spell the word “morale” — it’s alright; we all have faults.
