FAIL FRIDAY: Use Your Head

Ten real submissions, five photos, and one video that didn’t seem quite right. Names were omitted to protect the guilty.

Slam telling me she’d glory hole my entire chapter if this made it on the TFM wall. TFM.
–Tennessee

Does making it on Fail Friday count?

She puked on the bed. So I took her to the floor to finish her off. TFM.
–Kansas

Keeping it classy in Kansas.

Walking into Sunglass Hut and the sales person trying to sell you Ray Bans but then you interrupt her and say, “Can you unlock the Gucci case?” TFM.
–Tennessee

You are obviously a shot-caller.

Making pledges hand wash all 200 red solo cups so we don’t have to buy more. TFM.
–Texas

The temperature of water you’d need to properly disinfect those would melt the plastic.

Fingerblasting your most hated brother’s mom in front of him and the brothers during Parent’s Weekend. TFM.
–Virginia

Brothers don’t fingerblast brother’s moms.

Slipping a rufilin in your brother’s drink and sucking his dick while he’s passed out. TFM.
-Tennessee

Brothers don’t roofie brothers and sexually violate them.

Got Natural Light poured all over me before I got with a slam. Pulled my fingers out, they smelled like Natural Light. Who’s the real winner? TFM.
-Ohio

Natty is the real winner, because this is free advertising.

Had a dream about hazing the pledges, woke up with a boner. TFM.

Having sex. TFM.

Worst effort ever.

“Hey guys let’s take our pants off and act retarded for this one!”

I was wondering when hipster chapters would start emerging.

Can’t…stop…laughing.

I have FaF shaved into my head.

That’s right. Rest your balls on his bald head.

Another horrible attempt at making music with an autotuner for a bad rush video:

I thought the Natty Light fingers post was funny. Oh, and a v-neck with letters is probably the most NF piece of attire ever.

Full disclosure, I was a PIKE at a smaller southern school.
What the F is going on here. I’m new to this site, but it appears that PIKE is the laughing stock of the greek world. It’s all relative depending on campuses, but it seems like we deserve to be mocked. A V-neck with skinny jeans???
Dear “brothers” before you post on here please run your submissions by an older/southern/more established chapter. Also, PIKE nationals please stop with the expansion movement. It looks like contraction is the better play.

The term “was a PIKE” was used intentionally as evidence that I am ashamed of how they are portrayed on this site. I “am” a PIKE in the sense of my chapter.
Your inability to pick up on subtle literary themes is NF.
      A lap, take one.

Also, using was vs. am in a setting in which all readers are in some was affiliated with a fraternity is a widely used way of differentiating those of whom have graduated and those who have yet to do so.
      Another lap, take one.

I AM a Pike alumnus, and I agree. What the fuck goes on at other chapters? There needs to be some strict membership bylaws put into place concerning how brothers portray the fraternity, asap. If I were to walk into a meeting and see an active wearing shit like that in my chapter, those letters would be confiscated and never see the light of day again.

Sorry, but if anyone should be taking laps it should be you. You contradict yourself saying the use of “was” in your first reply was out of shame, and in your second reply it was to signify your alumni status. Your graduate status was apparent in your name “PostGradWorkFratting” and by no means subtle. I’ve met plenty of alumni from my fraternity and all of them have used “am” regardless of age or graduate status. This type of ownership is used by those fraternities which most would consider “elite”. The picture of the haji in the v-neck and skinny jeans along with the history of PIKE bashing posts you, as a new member of TFM, will find on this site are representative of the “general” feeling most have about the fraternity you were “formerly” a part of. PIKE is regarded by the “elite” fraternities as being simply nothing more than a club of geeds who signify themselves with Greek letters.

It is obivious by your original post that you are concerned about the general state of your fraternity, so I suggest you and CaTazwell get together with some of your other alumni brothers and get involved in redeveloping a set of standards for any and all PIKE chapters who might need it. If you aren’t going to be a part of the solution, then I suggest you keep your comments to yourself and continue to read the bashing your fraternity gets on a weekly basis.

I would demand a lap from you, but I don’t want to take you from your post-grad work.

I have to agree and or add to what he said being ashamed of your fraternity is disgusting why would you even call yourself greek? When you accepted your bid to pike you took the traditions with it that are over one hundred years old but your ashamed of your chapter because of what people say on the internet.. Christ I bet your founders would be so proud. I’m an AOII and I always WILL be… yea my chapter is not a power house nationally but you know what I knew that when I accepted my bid. You take the good with the bad not just with being greek but with anything in life… I’m so disgusting with your “WAS” statement I cant even finish my train of thought… if anything I actually feel bad for Pike for having to call you their brother at one point in time…

Wow looking back a few days later I see some panties were placed in a wad.
      A few points of clarity…
      1. I AM a proud PIKE, esspecially proud of my chapter.
      2. In conversation I often say “I was”. It’s not an indictment, rather a pattern of speech.
      3. Yes, I am ashamed at how many chapters portray PIKE.
      4. No, I dont have the time or inclination to do anything about that.
      5. The broad generalizations made on who is elite and who is not is rather obnoxious because as most of you will learn, these “rankings” dont always translate over the boundaries of other campuses. For example, Pike, Chi Phi and Phi Mu are elite at my school. Obviously not across the nation or even region.
      6. If any of you from other chapters had nationals that continually made decisions that were not based on the ideals and direction for the fraternity that you joined then you might have a better understanding of my angst.
      7. To summarize… I joined a Pike chapter that is FAF. I still support that chapter with my time and finances. I dont give a penny to the national fraternity, but that doesnt mean I dont have PIKE pride.
