Former President of Harvard Calls Winklevoss Twins ‘Assholes’

If you’ve seen “The Social Network” then you’ve seen a fairly accurate portrayal of Larry Summers, former President of Harvard, in the scene where the Winklevoss twins meet with him in an attempt to have Zuckerberg disciplined for stealing their idea. In the film Mr. Summers does not take kindly to the twins, making smartass remarks about their attire (“…from the looks of it they want to sell me a Brooks Brothers franchise”), and it turns out he may have a problem with well dressed people, in general.

At Fortune’s Brainstorm Tech conference Mr. Summers opened up about the accuracy of the movie scene.

“One of the things you learn as a college president is that if an undergraduate is wearing a tie and jacket on Thursday afternoon at three o’clock, there are two possibilities. One is that they’re looking for a job and have an interview; the other is that they are an asshole. This was the latter case.”

In honor of this remark I’ll be rocking a Brooks Brothers suit tomorrow (Thursday) at 3:00, acting like an asshole. I invite you all to join me.

I don’t know why this is even up for debate. The WV twins are two of the most FaF men on earth. Even before the website their family was worth hundreds of millions, they rowed crew for Harvard, and they were both members of the Porcellian Club (the most elite/secretive fraternity in the world outside of Skull and Bones).

I agree with their FaF-ness, but the Porcellain Club the 2nd most elite/secretive fraternity in the world? If you know about it, it must not be too secretive. I’d put Bohemian Grove ahead of either any of the Harvard finals club or skull and bones any day.

Zuckerberg will never get laid because he’s a geed. Not even when he has Billions of dollars. The WV twins can get laid anywhere because they’re gentlemen who are FaF.

Yeah, even that girl that dissed Mark wants nothing to do with him, even with all his money.

Have you seen his slam? She’s some frumpy Asian bitch.

Man, the Winklevoss twins didn’t deserve a penny, honestly. They were just gonna use it to get ass, which is FAF, but they had no intention of making it into what it is today.

The real person to feel sorry for in that movie is Eduardo.

You do realize that eduardo was the main source for Ben Mezrick, the guy who wrote the book that The Social Network was based off of, so yea, eduardo made it look like he got fucked. It’s a movie based on a true story, not a documentary probably shouldn’t think of it as fact. The Winklevoss’s were actually pretty fucking good a writing code just too busy slamming and training for the Olympics to sit in a room making a website when that is clearly geed work. The Winklevoss’s probably got fucked way harder than that movie made it look, they were just TFNTBMIBG, (too frat not to be made into bad guys)

Zuckerberg can have a trillion dollars and I still wouldn’t care for him.

As for Summers? Sorry, pal. I know your University gets praised to no end by mainstream media, but the truth is, you (and most Ivy League schools, for that matter) churn out Marxists by the thousands each year. If I’m considered an asshole by a guy like that, then I’ll proudly sport that title.

With a name like “godandgunsaregood” its no wonder you have no idea why the Ivy League is praised so much.

My question for summers would be if he sees them all the time wearing a suit around campus or if they were just dressed like that for the meeting. If I meet the university president I most certainly will be dressed up. However, wearing a suit on a random day is just trying to hard making them assholes.
Also Zuckerberg was ruthlessly brilliant. We all use facebook and so it seems that he is more important then any of us. We must look like Ethiopians compared to his wealth.
