Former Red Sox Pitcher Pedro Martinez Once Told Sports Illustrated For Kids He Wanted To “Fuck Sandra Bullock”

Major League Baseball’s Hall of Fame voting will be announced today, and former Red Sox pitcher Pedro Martinez is pretty much a lock for one of Cooperstown’s available spots.

Martinez, who will always be remembered for his great cutter, curveball, and ability to throw delicate old men to the ground without remorse (see below), apparently had the hots for Hollywood superstar Sandra Bullock in the early 2000s.

In the following excerpt from the book “Feeding the Monster: How Money, Smarts, and Nerve Took a Team to the Top” By Seth Mnookin, Martinez admits his love for Bullock during a Sports Illustrated Kids interview, which can only be described as the best thing sports journalism has ever offered the world.
