FSU Fan Pens Long Hate Letter To ESPN’s Michelle Beadle, She Responds By Calling Out FSU Twitter
Michelle Beadle has been known to rustle some jimmies amongst the Florida State supporters. She once called them filth, and she’s not wrong, really. I guess she must have said something about the recent string of woman-strikers that FSU football has. One FSU fan was so pissed at what she said that he penned a longwinded response to her and tweeted it at her.
Tl;dr. No literally, I didn’t read it after the first few sentences because it was too long. He did mention that she only got her job because of her dad’s connections, which, if true, is a move that we can all respect. It’s not the grades you make, after all.
She took to Twitter to respond to the guy, whose account has since been deleted/suspended.

She didn’t stop there, either. She took an extra opportunity to call out all of FSU Twitter for being the worst.

I think I’m going to side with Beadle here. FSU Twitter is possibly the most obnoxious fan base, with Alabama coming in a close second..

I have an idea for the for*ms to come back and it’s a win win for both sides. Hear me out. See, I didn’t even notice the forums were a thing until a few weeks before they got shut down. I, however, agree they were a great idea.
I understand why TFM had to close them (advertisers blah blah corporate money). And I understand only the “die-hard fans” used it and it wasn’t even a fraction of your web traffic. So I have a solution- make it a subscription.
Charge a cheap monthly or one time fee for users to access it. Only users who pay can use it obviously, and this protects your advertisers interests. It also generates more revenue for yall, and then no one can bitch and moan bc, hey if you want them so bad just pay the fee you broke bastard. Boom. Pure American capitalism at its finest.

They follow recruiting, tune in for games, cheer for them to win, and tweet something congratulatory when they do. They don’t support domestic violence in any way, and most of them were sick of Jameis Winston.
Then there’s the other 5%, who are loud, obnoxious morons that basically have nothing better to do than troll people on the internet. These are obviously the idiots Beadle was referring to, but she doesn’t clarify that. She just calls all FSU fans filth based on the actions of a small minority of total morons. As a part of the former group, I will say this gets incredibly annoying. Most of us fully support Johnson (or anyone found guilty of punching a woman) being kicked off the team immediately. We’re not scum who want to make excuses to keep an asshole like that.
Having said all that, this guy didn’t really do us any favors. What I read of his garbled, incoherent rant was littered with grammar/spelling errors and at times didn’t even make sense. He probably wrote it drunk at his computer at 3am on a Tuesday. He should sit the next couple plays out.

I think that even among the big schools non-alum national fan bases, most of us are the kind of fan I described and not like the trolls.
