George W. Bush Shows Up For Jury Duty In Dallas, Continues Being Awesome
George W. Bush is proving once again that he’s a man of the American people.
On Wednesday, the former U.S. president took some time out of his retirement to serve jury duty.
The 43rd President fulfilled his civic duty at George Allen courthouse in Dallas, Texas. Here’s how Sheri Coleman, another potential juror, described Bush’s appearance.
From Dallas News:
“They made it seem like it was an anonymous juror that never showed up and then they brought him in,” she said. “He was very personable, very friendly, just ‘hey I’m here to serve,’ he asked questions and was very nice. … I loved it.”
At least my interns have fun! Pres. George Bush Jr. was at the courthouse today. Jury duty is required of all! pic.twitter.com/d3Y5Q6wmsE

The last time we know Bush was summoned for jury duty was in 2005, but he was kinda busy being president and waterboarding terrorists and shit, so he couldn’t do it.
This most recent jury selection was for civil court, so cases would involve monetary relief and not actual crimes.
I’d pay anything to watch Bush vote on some low-level, white trash, child support court case.
Sadly, Bush was not picked, and America’s dreams have been crushed..
