Agreed. Not to mention he had a lot of clutch at bats last season that helped us get into the playoffs. I am a diehard Braves fan and I almost cried when that happened but I still support my team and Brooks because everyone makes mistakes. Not to mention Conrad is a badass, walks up to the plate every time wearing no batting gloves and has a huge lip in.
You really can’t blame those playoff losses on Brooks because although I wanted to kill him too even though I’m a die hard fan, we wouldn’t have even been there if it weren’t for him. Remember that he had 8 or so home runs in the 7th inning or later in the regular season that tied the game or put us ahead. Win as a team, lose as a team but Go Braves and Giants can suck it.
