Georgia Fans Don’t Know What To Do At Basketball Games, Have A “Cheer Sheet” To Help

Georgia gave the undefeated Kentucky Wildcats quite a scare last night, thanks in part to an electric crowd at the Stegeman Coliseum. Who knew Athens gave a shit about basketball? I certainly didn’t.

Well, it seems they had some assistance transitioning from between the hedges onto the hardwood.

Some of you may think this is embarrassing, but at least the fans showed up. That’s a good start. Sometimes the best ability is availability, and damn can they follow instructions to a T. Isn’t that what you want from a fan anyway? To say “jump” and for them to respond “how high?”

You’ll get the hang of it, Georgia. It’s not like it’s the end of the season or anything.

When I first read the headline, I figured it was a sheet listing/explaining cheers specific to Georgia/Georgia traditions. Holy shit that is pathetic.

Quite honestly, most of our students hardly know any traditions besides a few obvious ones (e.g. ringing the chapel bell and the arch which is plastered on just about everything).
