The year 2016 wasn’t all celebrity deaths, an embarrassing presidential race, terror attacks, the zika virus, and the tragic loss of everyone’s favorite primate. Some good things came of it, too.

1. Emmanuelle Chriqui, better known as Sloan from Entourage, got naked.
2. Curb Your Enthusiasm is coming back.
3. 3-1 leads suddenly don’t sound as daunting.
4. Leo finally won an Oscar.
5. Gucci Mane got out the clink and went straight to the studio to record banger after banger.
6. Giant pandas are no longer endangered.
7. Jose Bautista finally got his.

   

8. Mizzou’s bad karma caught up to them.
9. “Send nudes” became a thing.
10. The world’s tiger population is on the rise.
11. Russell Wilson got to have sex with Ciara finally.
12. Rolling Stone got what it deserved.
13. The U.S. unemployment rate is its lowest since 2007.
14. I was verified on Twitter.
15. I got involved in my first rap beef and lived to tell about it.
16. USA won its first Ryder Cup in eight years.
17. I was slapped by a former porn star, which others seemed to enjoy.
