Watch This Nature Dude Get Stung By The Insect With The World’s Most Painful Sting

When your first name is “Coyote,” people expect big things from you. Coyote’s not the kind of name you waste on a nerd, like the name Oliver or Phillip or Dillon. It’s the kind of name you give to someone who you know is going to be willing to do crazy things for shits and gigs. Maybe he’ll start a biker gang. Maybe he’ll impregnate your sister then leave town. Maybe he’ll butt chug chipotle Tabasco sauce. Or maybe, just maybe, he’ll voluntarily get stung by the consensus most painful insect in the world, the bullet ant.

Enter Coyote Peterson. Coyote, who heads the Brave Wilderness YouTube channel, frequently puts his life on the line by getting up close and personal with some of the world’s deadliest and most pain-inducing creatures — all in the name of content. The most pain I go through in the name of content is reading some of your awful, awful submissions. It gets tough sometimes, don’t get me wrong, but it’s no bullet ant sting. Here’s Coyote’s reaction to being in the most pain an insect can cause.

My Grandex compatriot Will deFries referred to Coyote Peterson’s antics as those of a “high key dumbass,” but I disagree. Coyote is getting stung by these miniature beasts so I don’t have to. That’s the Lord’s work — literally. Suffering for the sake of others? That’s exactly what Jesus did and why everyone loves him so much. It put him on the map. Will’s not about that Jesus life, though, apparently.
