The university offered our chapter four million dollars for the Fratcastle. We turned them down. TFM.

It’s most likely in Georgetown and they want it for the value of the land.

Or a loaded-ass rowhouse in Georgetown sitting on a gold mine of real estate. I’m interested in knowing the details.

This house pretty much has to be in Foggy Bottom. Georgetown and Catholic have no offical Greek life and AU wouldn’t have houses on campus. I would guess it’s the Phi Sigma Kappa house at GW.

We were offered 50 million and for our frat castle to be rebuilt anywhere in the city limits. The offer was declined, as our location is just too good to give up. On the matter of 4 million, thats kids change.

Cool story. Can you tell me how you were presented with the 50 millon dollar offer? Also tell me what you you did after the offer? How about what was for dinner that night?

Yeah, that’s bullshit. 50mil and a new fratcastle built to spec wherever you want it, take the cash & move a block over. You can buy nationals and have free dues for the next 200 years.

No, The zoning specifications for the city would make us be about 2 miles off campus versus being directly in the middle of it. We are grandfathered in our current location, and plan on keeping it for years to come.
