This is fucking pathetic. No one has mentioned the Band unless you count the retards that said Atlantic City by the Band even though Bruce Springsteen wrote that song. How about anything from the Last Waltz by the band. That was the frattiest tour ever. The Band touring with Muddy Waters, Eric Clapton, Neil Diamond, Neil Young, Emmylou Harris, Van Morrison, Ringo Starr, etc.

Also, only Chilly Water and Tallboy for WSP. Those are good songs but overplayed. How about Sharon, Jack, Bust it Big, This Part of Town, Greta, Porch Song, Driving Song, Vacation, etc.

And only Casey Jones and Truckin’ for the Dead. How about Promise Land, Black Muddy River, Sugaree, Scarlet Begonias, China Rider (the classic China Cat Sunflower > I know you Rider for you faux Dead Heads), Picasso Moon, Box of Rain, Tennessee Jed, Looks like Rain, Mexicali Blues, El Paso, Cassidy, Mississippi Half-Step, Railroad Blues, St. Stephen, etc.

And no Allman Brothers either. Melissa, Jessica, In Memory of Elizabeth Reed, Back Where it All Begins, Soulshine, etc.

Also add some Bruce Hornsby. Mandolin Rain, The Way It is, Jacob’s Ladder, End of the Innocence, Fields of Gray, Valley Road and Fortunate Son.

It wouldn’t be complete without some good ole bluegrass as well. Throw in some Del McCoury, Bill Monroe, Hackensaw Boys, Acoustic Syndicate, Bela Fleck and Leftover Salmon.

If y’all haven’t heard of Grateful Dawg that is also a must have. Jerry Garcia and David Grisman (mandolin legend). It is a mix of Grateful Dead and Bluegrass and kicks ass.

FYI rap is not frat…sorry it never has been and never will be. Sometimes after a long night of hanging out like Charlie Sheen 80’s and early 90’s rap is funny but that certainly isnt a regular on my playlist.

While I appreciate your taste in music, I think you have missed the point of the list. I think it would be pretty hard to get shitfaced and sing Liz Reed out of key. These are popular songs most of us know all the words to, not deep tracks.
