High Schooler Gets Peer Pressured Into Doing Flip Off Ledge, Smashes Face In
Peer pressure is a hell of a drug. It can make even the drunkest fraternity man chug a fifth of Jack despite the fact that he’s already dangerously close to hospitalization, and it can make even the lankiest, most uncoordinated high schooler attempt a feat of unbelievable strength and courage. This is a story about the latter.
This is Chase.
This is a cartoon representation of Chase’s “friend” behind the camera.
And this is what happened.
You should probably find some better friends, Chase. pic.twitter.com/UFg8vuPr0N

I have no idea how Chase got up there. With its lack of railing, it doesn’t look like a place a high schooler should be. That’s probably why two of his “friends” tell him to “hurry up,” presumably before a teacher sees him up there and he gets a suspension, or referral, or whatever the hell else you give to a disobedient high schooler. Summer school? Not sure. I was immaculate back in those days. Teachers gave me As, I gave them the D. And so it went.
The combination of being rushed and the rush that comes with peer pressure? That’s what led to Chase doing the flip that the cameraman asked him to do. Ouch. At least nobody can tell Chase he has no balls ever again. No teeth? Maybe. But no balls? No siree.
Find some better friends, dude..
“Maybe they’ll accept me if I do a flip!”
