Obviously not enough to know how to store them in a humidor, take them out of their wrappers

First of all, GrayGhost, the wrapper is part of the cigar which carries most of the cigar’s flavor, so you would be an absolute idiot to try and remove it. That being said, let’s assume that by “wrapper” you meant the cellophane wrapper (in which case, you’re still wrong to remove, unless you can’t tell the difference in flavor, and honestly that’s probably a stretch for you). If you had owned a humidor for more than two months, you would know that the best way to store a cigar is to cut off the end of the cellophane, allowing the cigar to breathe and humidify (maybe turning the cigar around in the cellophane if you’re storing it for more than a few months), while also protecting it from mingling with the flavors of the adjacent cigars.

Some say it helps preserve the cigar and trap the aroma. I leave mine in wrappers. I avoid buying singles in the cheap metal/plastic casings. I hear those are more prone to defects.

Not exactly. Either way preserves the shit pretty well. It’s actually used to keep them from getting too humidified which happens quite a bit really.

If you have a humidor like he does you take them out of the wrapper. It doesn’t do anything for it when it comes to preserving the flavor. Singles in tubes are fine to since their airlocked.

Olive Serie G is one of the worst cigars I’ve ever smoked. I threw it away after about 10-15 minutes and you have 5 of them.
