      I’m somewhat new to this site and in the past two weeks or so I’ve seen several people mention a ‘forum discussion’. Could you enlighten me – what exactly is it? I mean it’s obvious it’s not the pseudo funny comments post here is it ???

        There used to be a TFM forum, it worked like any other open forum (ex: reddit). But they removed it because people posted really fucked up stuff like child pornography and explicitly racist stuff (and not like funny racist stuff, just straight up ignorant and offensive). Following that, TFM has a Stalin-esque purge where they blackballed a ton of users for seemly no reason. That includes my old account CaseyJonesCocaine. A lot of old-timers were balled. The site had been going downhill for a while and that just kind of topped it off. Now TFM is just all about the clicks and ad revenue, not Greek life, and while we love to give the writers a hard time about it, they probably had nothing to do with it.

        tl;dr: TFM had an open forum and that, along with lots of old-timers/loyal users, were removed.
