You guys sound like a walking insurance risk (TFTC) and probably earned that higher premium. Your Dear John letter is off a bit. First, your grades have been below the average GPA at JMU since at least 2013. Secondly, SigEp ideals don’t say anything about “promoting tight-knit brotherhood”. Our ideals talk include brotherly love, which promotes calling each other’s B.S..
An outside guess based on your numbers is you have a strong and vocal senior/jr class that were part of a rapid ascension into JMU’s ‘top tier’. Y’all got lazy at the top and lost your spine. Operating differently than the other frats became an embarrassment rather than a point of pride. From substance to sizzle.
