      I think that was meant as an actual flag should not be used as apparel, not the pattern.

      Someone brings this up on every picture with American Flag-styled clothing. It is to be interpreted as the actual flag. A blazer like this is perfectly acceptable, as long as it isn’t made with a real flag.
