John Elway Waits Year And A Half To Go At Twitter User Who Questioned Him For Drafting Trevor Siemian

Trevor Siemian has led the Broncos to a 3-0 start after throwing for four TDs and 300+ yards on the road against the Bengals on Sunday. Entering the year, many people thought that the Broncos were in for a step back after Peyton retired. Some (aka Siblings) even said they would be the most disappointing team in 2016. While the Broncos had their critics, Siemian even had his own critic after being drafted in the 7th round in 2015.

When Elway tweeted out the announcement in 2015, Twitter user @nfkrauss responded, calling him a reach and basically an unnecessary draft pick with so many other needs. After the win against the Bengals on Sunday, Elway decided to @ the guy to remind him why he’s a couch GM and Elway is the professional.

Sometimes when you get hate on Twitter, it’s easy to immediately state your argument to your opposition. Elway? Nah, he’s just going to let that argument fester for a good year and a half before he reminds you how much of an idiot you are. How did Elway even remember that? Did he print out the screenshot last year and tape it above his office door to remind him every day?

Side note: a 7th round pick is never a reach.

        Considering he’s gambling online I don’t think he’ll get kneecapped.. But he is going to be broke unless Grandex pays a lot more than I thought
