Keira Knightley’s breasts can be described as small and perky with strong nips and invisi-areola. And it’s okay for me to say that, because she intended to present them in their unaltered state and make them a topic of discussion, and in her words, “it really doesn’t matter what shape you are.” Plus, I’m sure she’d agree with me.

Now, the British actress has revealed why she chose to go bare for the photographer, Patrick Demarchelier. Talking to The Times newspaper, Keira said: “I’ve had my body manipulated so many different times for so many different reasons, whether it’s paparazzi photographers or for film posters.

“That [shoot] was one of the ones where I said: ‘OK, I’m fine doing the topless shot so long as you don’t make them any bigger or retouch.’ Because it does feel important to say it really doesn’t matter what shape you are.”
