The only thing rough looking are the browned Yuccas, but that’s because it’s winter(you’d know that if you would learn to read). Now get back in the kitchen and tend to your frat daddy.
Well this picture is from last December but we actually just had that side touched up in June. It was built in 1843 and is on the National Register so you can’t have just anybody do restorations on it. We also have a 2 br guest house, 3 car garage, a salt water pool, and 6 pecan trees behind the house
“It looks like” Wow, you are very educated. Maybe its the cheap roofing or the new brick foundation that its a dead giveaway. It is at most 10 years old.
Frategan….your a fucking moron, you can easily repair the exterior brick of a foundation and what other kind of roofing would you have?? I mean im sure your trailer has an ivory tiled roof fuckhead. This house is frat as fuck, it looks just like my parents neighbors’ house
They got the name wrong but this is my house. Sorry about the plants next to the steps this was taken in Winter.
14 years ago at 1:19 pmvery nice. Frat on!!!
14 years ago at 2:13 pmLooks like a bottom tear fraternity house needs some outside renovation but nice looking land.

14 years ago at 3:46 pmAnd learn to love education as well. You “tear” a piece of paper. And this would definitely be a top “tier” fraternity house.

14 years ago at 10:59 pmsalt water pools = only way to go.
14 years ago at 9:54 pmLilly’s comments are ridiculous but this may top them all. Definitely not bottom “tier” and certainly no frat house in FL would touch this.
14 years ago at 7:28 pmmy house was built in 1791, and is on the national registry also… anyone can work on historic homes. great house though… love the setting.
14 years ago at 7:51 amNice house, the American flag makes a great finishing touch.

14 years ago at 4:56 pmNew mass produced houses= NF
14 years ago at 7:18 pmWhat part of “built in 1843” makes this house new? That’s Antebellum which makes it even cooler! This is by far the best house I’ve seen yet.
14 years ago at 8:47 pmThis is obviously not new, it looks like an old plantation home, which makes it amazing.
