How the fuck are you a seventh generation? That would mean whichever Georgia school you attend now was around in approximately the 1600’s? Right right right. Nice try, GDI.
he said legacy, which means he was the seventh person in his family to go to that school. you don’t know when his other relatives went there and how old they were when the next legacy was conceived.
Generously assuming that a new generation was birthed every 30 years, one only needs to look back 210 years to get to the beginning of that line, which means that his family would have attended the school in the 1800’s, which is totally plausible.
@Long champ Long Tramp:
who forged your bid card? Considering that UGA was founded in 1785, not to mention the many private schools that were founded in Georgia a little later, it is completely possible for someone’s family to have graduated from the same institution of higher learning for AT LEAST 7 generations. Stop getting on TFM while stoned because that’s not frat.
I think its kind of surprising that because someone is putting in the hard work needed to improve his life by being the first in his family to go to college that you think its “not meant to be.” Hard work and initiative built this nation.

15 years ago at 10:03 pmHaving the common sense to try and stop being poor needs to be encouraged. At least it gets them off welfare.
