Lonzo Ball Proves He’s Going To Be An Elite NBA Player By Dropping Freestyle Rap

Kobe Bryant. Allen Iverson. Shaquille O’Neal. Sweet Lou Williams.

There was an important step that the guys above each had to take in their careers to launch them into that conversation of all-time great NBA players. It wasn’t championships (don’t remind me with A.I.), MVP awards, or a prestigious 6th Man of the Year title that earned them that “elite” reputation around the league. In fact, it had nothing to do with their performances on the hardwood at all. The common link between these legends is that they took a stab at the rap game and hopped in the studio to spit bars of their own.

That’s why you have to respect Lonzo Ball’s dedication to roundball and appreciation for the history of his craft by going through this rite of passage before even having a cup of coffee in the Association. Kid’s already thinking like a veteran by freestyling on a remix of Drake’s “Free Smoke,” and — dare I say — it’s not that bad.

Big Baller Brand just out here diversifying their portfolio. I can’t buy Triple-B stock fast enough. If this whole basketball thing doesn’t work out, Lonzo always has some feature looks to fall back on. But don’t worry, Juicy J. If the past has told us anything, it’s that Ball won’t have much time to intrude on your well-established territory when he’s too busy getting buckets for the next two decades.

The ceiling is the roof for Lonzo.

That said, Stevie Franchise is still the G.O.A.T. when it comes to basketball players trying to be rappers.

I hope he breaks his clavicle, quits basketball for football, and then gets drafted by the Browns

Funny how all you losers hate on him just because he has more money and gets laid more than any of you. Kind of like me

I like him too, in that case. Just downvoting because he’s mean-spirited and tries ridiculously hard to be the arrogant bag of shit that he wants so desperately to be.

Apparently nobody on this site watches South Park, because this was a great comment.
