Dude yells, “Hey, fuck off!” and throws him a hard power point to go along with it. Only thing that would have made this better, is the the hippie had wandered a little farther out into that traffic.

Disrespecting the flag, though unpopular is protected under the law as a form of protected speech as determined in the Texas v Johnson case in the Supreme Court.

He also has more patience than any of us non-military members… I would’ve been close to tearing that fucker right off his minibike.

Does no one else see the irony of the fact that he was denying those guys the constitutional rights he fought and risked his life to protect?

More importantly, do you not see that they’re abusing their constitutional rights that he fought and risked his life to protect?

The flag upside down only represents distress. Many tea party people fly the flag upside down.

While it’s good they still have passion for their flag and protecting it at all costs, but it negates the fact they were in service to support and defend the constitution. They shouldn’t use possible force to stop someone’s freedom to protest as they see fit.

So, his First Amendment Rights cover his disagreements with the US government, and his desecration of Old Glory. If his disagreement is covered, how about mine with his bullshit actions? If he can express his opinions with those actions, then surely, I can express my belief that the Stars and Stripes should be treated with the utmost respect by taking it out of his grimy little hippy fuckface hands. Don’t I have the right to my beliefs, as he does his? If Texas v Johnson determined that “free speech” includes actions such as burning the flag in the name of expressing one’s beliefs, then it should also cover the actions of someone whose beliefs align with treating the flag as a sacred symbol of national unity.

Why is it, that shooting and killing a Bald Eagle, is a felony with a fine of up to $250,000 per felony charge, and two years imprisonment? Because it is a national emblem, as is the US flag. No symbol of the USA is greater than any other, and they all deserve the same protection and respect.

The ruling in Texas v. Johnson is a complete and utter fucking joke. It is a liberal’s wet dream. Intentionally setting fire to property with the intent to cause damage is NOT A FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT, NOR IS IT PATRIOTIC. It’s called arson and arson is a felony. Are there any other felonies that are within your Constitutional rights? Fuck no. Why is this felony considered “free speech?” Because the liberal mind is perverse, idiotic, and fucked up.

Don’t Tread on Me you fucking hippies. God Bless the United States Marine Corps.
