Member Of Delta Upsilon Passed Away On Spring Break In Cancun, Family Struggling To Get Body Back
Deaths in the Greek life circle always hit hard. Whether you know the person or not, it is always sad to hear about a member of our society passing away at such a young age. Unfortunately for the brothers of Delta Upsilon at Western Ontario University, they are currently having to deal with a loss. While on a reading week vacation (more commonly known as spring break) in Cancun, Nathan James Carl Holder — a member of Delta Upsilon at Western Ontario — suddenly fell ill and passed away due to pancreatitis.
Holder’s family is struggling to pay for the bill to fly his body back home from Mexico. Someone associated with Western Ontario University reached out to us so we could let you know that the family has set up a GoFundMe campaign to help bring Nathan’s body back home for a funeral. I encourage you to make any sort of donation you can. Every little bit helps.

11 years ago at 3:02 pmWe just met Nate on a visit to DU Western last month, he was a man to be looked up to, and it was evident that he played such a big role in his chapter. We lost a good one indeed. He will be remembered for warming the hearts of the boys at DU Guelph.
