Indeed, trickle down didn’t work. The country as a whole becomes worse off because of those philosophies like that, weakening the United States and eventually devaluing our money. NF
Frat Hatter,
Do your research please. Reagan was president during the Great Moderation. Which was one of the greatest economic developments in the American Economy in the 20th century. Your ignorance = NF
SGDP grows by 400% after the Reagan years due to Arthur Laffer’s (Reagan’s Econ Advisor) Supply-Side Economics policy. Lower classes are therefore open to more jobs, thereby advancing their status in life and living the American Dream that was the whole point of coming to this continent. TFM. Assholes hoarding their money and neither giving their excess to charity or investing it back into the economy that made them rich in the first place. TunamericanM.
Attention fellow Southern Greeks: there is nothing “frat” about a political ideology, greed, or some dumb fucker with Alzheimer’s not knowing how to handle money.
Attention 1899, there is nothing frat about YOU. Only a GDI would state that political ideology doesn’t relate to being frat. You fucking bottom-feeding ignoramus
fratburn, it’s guys like you that give dirty liberals fuel for all their socialist policies. you do what you want w/ your money, it’s your constitutional right. all im saying is that it’s unAmerican/Christian to hoard and be greedy. and being American and Christian (Republican too) is the frattiest thing ever. and as for the obama lover comment, im far from it “brah”, i vote straight ticket Republican (TFM).
Hey Pike, you obviously didn’t read too well into my follow up (right above your comment). Do what you want w/ your hard earned money, the constitution allows you to. But it’s Jesus that wants us to give to charity, and its the Republicans who are contending to extend the Bush tax cuts for the top tax bracket based on the fact that they’re the ones who are supposed to be job creators and charity-contributors. Once again, your constitutional right to hoard and be greedy so go for it, but morals (and our party’s reasoning) tells us it ain’t the right thing to do. Quit being an asshole and calling people liberal cuz they may try to instill morals in your ass.

14 years ago at 6:56 pmThe Frat Hatter, thinking you know better than Reagan because you listen to NPR and drive a Honda Civic. PBD (punishable by death)
14 years ago at 7:49 pmReagan probably had Alzheimer’s when he was president.
14 years ago at 7:52 pmTrickle down: Allowing people to keep there money because at some point it will be spent and thus stiumulate the economy. TFM
Democratic idea: Take the money from rich people and give it to the poor and let them blow it until the whole country is fucked. As Froctor said “PBD”
