    I’ll probably get lapped for this, but I don’t understand this type of sentiment. I’m not saying everyone should be in the gym 6 days per week. However, 100 pushups and 100 situps each day with a 1 mile run 3-4 times per week would do wonders for your body and helps you last longer in bed.

      I thought lasting longer in bed was NF! But seriously, I agree. I can understand having a bit of a dad but just lifting weights and running a couple times a week are amazing stress relievers and helps with better focus in school.
