Basically unless you’re the owner of the firm, your paycheck is largely set for the year with the assumption you get a bonus if you hit your target hours, which can range from 1900-2200 based on the size, prestige, and clientele of the firm.
This makes no sense whatsoever and is actually pissing me off trying to figure out just exactly how you were trying to feign superiority over everybody else.
