A) Picasso is NF. B) If you’re going to have something as historic and potentially costly as a Picasso you sure as hell wouldn’t put it in a room where cigar smoke could accelerate deterioration of the work.
Why we have a Picasso in my cigar room is because it’s actually NOT a painting or anything of the sort. It is actually a rare glass statue that Picasso made while in Italy. It is valuable, insured, and looks great in our cigar room, aka my father’s library, which is yet another rare commodity to have in one’s home.
We have many other pieces of fine art around the house (including a monet actually), and for reason’s that many people cited, those are NOT in the cigar room, but when my father holds events at the house for congressmen and other well-cultured captains of industry, they always comment on the Picasso.
-Now I’m gonna go knock down a few jw blues, no ice of course, please go try to enjoy the rest of your lives.
If you knew anything about art, you wouldn’t have an effing Picasso in a room with smoke. It would stain the painting.
14 years ago at 7:42 pmI’d imagine if it was valuable enough they would have taken the steps to ensure it’s sufficiently protected.
14 years ago at 10:58 pmYeah, by not putting it in a fucking cigar room.
14 years ago at 7:51 pmIt’s not a fucking painting you idiot, it’s a sculpture. Educate yourself before you speak.
14 years ago at 7:19 pmPicasso was a weird-ass painter. All of his artwork is for geeds. Even if you were telling the truth, I wouldn’t be bragging about it.
