Pictures of Harrison Ford on the set of the much anticipated Anchorman 2, the sequel to Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, leaked onto the internet yesterday. The thought of Indiana Jones teaming up with Mr. Burgundy should be enough to get everyone excited for the highly awaited sequel to perhaps the greatest comedy of our generation.

Ford joins the original cast of Christina Applegate, Paul Rudd, Steve Carrell and David Koechner along with newcomer, Kristen Wiig. That’s a murderer’s row of comedic actors right there.

Anchorman 2 is set to release in December of this year and man, I really hope it doesn’t fall victim to the sequel curse and suck worse than Caddyshack 2. I highly doubt it, though, as Will Ferrell and Adam McKay have teamed up yet again to create comedy gold. I just hope it’s more Step Brothers than The Campaign.
