I would have lost my damn nerve as well. Now the father is trying to make this a race case because, “the officer didn’t go after the white kids”. Well, they weren’t running away and causing a damn scene. Fuck outta here.
Oh okay, so the running white kids were trying to get out of the way but the running black kids were “running away and causing a damn scene.” I gotcha.
I see two things wrong, as the root of what I believe to be all conflict
1. The cop himself didn’t handle the situation calmly and as professional as he could have
2. The kids really should have listened, obliged to his requests and just agreed to listen and leave.
Either way, both are at fault for the poor situation
Tis a sad day when people fail to see that we’re all human. Mistakes were made, it’s no going back. But why hate and continue to argue and further insinuate the racial divide tearing this country apart. We’re honestly lucky to be living. Crack a beer, smoke a stogie, bang a Milf.
