Yes he is, but Self has 8 straight Big 12 championships, 2 Final Four appearances, 1 National Championship in possibly one of the greatest comebacks in NCAA history. Roy never could win the big one at KU, still a great coach, and a very faithful KU supporter. I personally like Self over Roy at KU.
