Regardless of any of the above comments…anyone in the military that volunteered should never respond to anything with “my service is why you have freedom”…because that is like asking for a compliment. Silent professionals anyone? Those of us who chose to serve after 9-11 do so because of duty to country. 9-11 was our generation’s Pearl Harbor…and sadly very few stepped up to the plate. Lots of people looking for “six figure” jobs out of college on this site, but when you look at the greatest generation…the one who pays for everyone’s so called “inheritance,” they built this country upon respect and vision. Using your daddy’s money isn’t vision…it is the same thing liberals do when they latch onto the government. The thing I have never quite understood about this website is that everyone is overly patriotic yet few have ever had the intestinal fortitude to sign their life over to their country for a few years while volunteers make it over for their 3rd year long tour. We have been killing terrorists for years…where have you been?

Getting online after volunteering for America because you had no other choices in your shitty life and using that as leverage to convince yourself you’re better and more entitled than other people. NF.

Gentlemen, thank you for your service to our great country and for remembering our southern heritage. Now, continue your decimation of towelhead terrorists.

You fight for the United States of America, not the Confederate States of America. The CSA was created by seditious traitors, and it ceased to exist 150 years ago. You dishonor your country by posing in a military uniform with that flag.

Typical Northern mindset…they are honoring their history and showing pride for where they come from. Get the fuck over yourself.

Read my username a little closer, dumbass. I’m from the south. There is a difference between having pride in your region and supporting the symbol of people who committed treason against the United States. The Confederate Flag is Un-American and therefore NF.

There were plenty of Southeners who still fought for the North…if you read my post there it says “mindset.” Also, they fought for their beliefs on states rights and how they viewed freedom. They were fighting against an oppresive central government trying to impose its will on them through tarrifs and regulations. That “treason” is the same reason America fought England.
