Study Shows Physically Stronger Men Are More Likely To Be Conservatives
A new study reveals what most people already assumed: men who are of physically inferior stature are more likely to vote left wing, while stronger men tend to vote conservatively. I always knew there was something special about this barrel chest I was blessed with beyond its obvious magnetism of the fairer sex.
You ought to see my neighbor — real dainty, huge lib.
From Daily Mail:
Researchers discovered political motivations may have evolutionary links to physical strength.
Men’s upper-body strength predicts their political opinions on economic redistribution, according to the research.
The researchers collected data on bicep size, socio-economic status, and support for economic redistribution from hundreds of people in the United States, Argentina and Denmark.
In line with their hypotheses, the data revealed that wealthy men with high upper-body strength were less likely to support redistribution, while less wealthy men of the same strength were more likely to support it.
There you have it, right there in black and white in a study conducted by smart people.
I have some hypotheses of my own. Aside from being physically stronger, right-wingers also have more body hair, slug back more beers and whiskey, eat more red meat, burn more gasoline, spend more money, are more likely to wipe sitting down, date better looking women, and last longer in the sack. Someone run a study on this and get back to me, or don’t — we already know what the results will reveal.

12 years ago at 4:34 pmI’m sorry, I thought this was the NEWS section, yet I’m seeing something that resembles you stating the obvious. Is there maybe a study in the works that shows democrats are more likely to pull bullshit bitch-ass moves involving government organizations using politically focused intimidation tactics? If so, I think we can back that one up.
