Target Employee Tells His Coworker To “Not Suck So Much Dick,” Only Gets A Written Warning

Working in retail isn’t always glamorous. The hours tend to be horribly inconvenient, and despite the chance that you might score some pretty decent discounts from your employer, they’re totally offset by the shitty wages. In addition, you’re often forced to morally cede to pompous assholes quite often in the name of “customer service” or some other asinine corporate integrity policy.

Sometimes, the aforementioned pompous assholes come in the form of customers. The others are coworkers who take their job way too seriously. Telling a customer off is pretty much a fireable offense on the spot, obviously. However, from time to time, fellow coworkers might need a little reality check that’s a bit outside the usual company guidelines. You know, sometimes you just have to tell it how it is, as was the case with this unnamed Target employee whose written warning is currently making the rounds on Reddit.

He straight-up advised his coworker that maybe she’d be better at her job if she didn’t “suck so much dick.”

I mean, maybe that’s a little bit of a lewd way to say it, but the bottom line is that if she couldn’t give an important answer regarding a corporate question because her esophagus was completely destroyed by some kind of crazed, compulsive blow job regiment, then yeah, maybe she does need to stop the pornography aspirations and focus a little more on her career trajectory as a Target team member.

As you may have noticed, this was a “final warning,” which was issued on Jan. 7, 2015. That said, I can neither confirm or deny if the insulting employee is still with the Target corporation..
