You are partially correct, houses in Texas all look relatively new money. However, our summer house on the cape was built in 1793, I’d call that pretty old.

Your Frat Castle is nice and all, but North Chicago Suburbs have Frat Castles that blow this out of the water. Property Value in North Chicago > South. Old money is predominant. The North frats just as hard as the South.
