Wisconsin is tied for first (with Harvard) for producing the most Fortune 500 CEOs. Wisconsin, Ohio State, Michigan, and Illinois all have higher graduate salaries than any SEC school besides Vanderbilt.
Good, because if you go to an SEC school other than Vanderbilt you probably will be. In fact, if you go to Tennessee odds are you’re mid-career salary will be $5,000 less than people who go West Virginia.
If we’re going on football prowess, U of M has the most wins of any football program in the country. As much as I hate them, and as much as I watch gleefully as my spartans crush them, they definitely have the history.
And I am pretty sure Penn State has the best student section in the country suck on that you southern GDI’s, we kicked your ass in the civil war and we do it in football
So just so I am understanding this right, how good your student section is determines how good your football team is? Is that what northernfraty is pretty much saying? Great logic coming from the north on that one.
Being from Oklahoma I and going to school in Arkansas I can honestly say that the SEC frats harder than the big 12.
That being said when you look at any conference and talk about pure college football tradition, no conference can hold a candle to the big 12 with Oklahoma, Texas and Nebraska. Even though the SEC has obviously been most dominant in the last decade and Nebraska is leaving so this tradition of overall dominance is coming to an end.
I’m gonna be honest we probably do frat harder in a traditional sense than Big Ten schools, but it doesn’t really matter I mean schools like Penn State are the number 1 party schools in rankings for a reason. They still party hard and I respect that.
SEC schools are terrible, if someone gave me a resume and it was from an SEC school it would go straight in the garbage. Big Ten is better academically, bigger Greek life, and oh yeah 97-91 against the SEC in football, so kindly f off.
thanks for speaking the truth. the big ten is way more prestigious than any sec school. maybe the people on this site should actually visit up north before they judge. i go to a southern school and it is amazing how many ignorant people live down here. if you looked past your designer jeans, maybe you would see that going to a good academic school is going to get you further in life than your greek letters. just a thought. and DO NOT call me a gdi because i happen to be involved in greek life, but it should not make yall as cocky as you are.
Sherman hazing the shit out of that pledge we call the South. TFM.

14 years ago at 3:38 pmSEC football is superior. When will these other programs learn?
14 years ago at 4:12 pmif were going on success, OU has the highest winning percentage since the 1940s.
14 years ago at 4:16 pmAnd that’s relevant how? Typical Sooner thinking people give a shit about your program. Go back to Normvegas and off yourself.
14 years ago at 5:15 pmlast time the geeds known as the confederacy were relevent was before WWI
14 years ago at 5:23 pmThe SEC has only been successful for the last 10 years. Michigan has been winning for the last 100 (minus the last 3).

14 years ago at 5:39 pmnot to mention Penn St. has some of the biggest douchebag fans in the nation
14 years ago at 6:46 pmSEC is the toughest (therefore best) conference in the country. The Big Ten is easily the second best. This applies to athletics and fratting.
14 years ago at 4:36 pmHaha fat chance. The Big 12 has y’all on both, the ACC has you on fratting. Hell, the Sun Belt out-frats the Big Ten.
